Return & Exchange Window
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that some products are final sale (see exceptions below).
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
- Certain perishable items cannot be returned (see exceptions below)
How to Return or Exchange an Item

- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- The reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions

Refund Information
- Processing time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Exchange shipping: You will be responsible for shipping costs for the exchanged item unless the exchange is due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Geurolien (scented oils)
- Interieurparfum (interior perfumes)
- Kaarsen en geurkaarsen (candles and scented candles)
- Bestrijdingsmiddelen (pesticides)
- Any opened or used products
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged/incorrect items and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
